The Maharashtra Water Conservation Department (WCD) has officially announced the release of admit cards for the Jalsandharan Water Conservation Officer and Group-B officer recruitment re-examination 2024.
The primary recruitment exam was initially scheduled between Feb 20, 2024, and Feb 21, 2024. Unfortunately, on the second day of the exam, malpractice incidents were reported at the Nandgaon Peth center in Amravati. As a result, the decision was taken to cancel the examination in light of these malpractice cases.
Now, the WCD is set to conduct a re-examination for the 670 vacant positions of Water Conservation Officer, (Construction) Group “B” (Non-Gazetted) from July 14 to 16, 2024.
According to the official notice, the re-examination will take place at 10 TCS-ION authorized centers in 7 major cities of Maharashtra, including Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nagpur, Nanded, and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
