Congress leader Jairam Ramesh recently took a jab at Prime Minister Narendra Modi in light of reports suggesting Modi could be a candidate for India’s first manned space mission. Ramesh humorously suggested that the ‘non-biological’ PM should first visit Manipur before venturing into space.
