Exciting Opportunity: Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2024
The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has reopened applications for the Haryana Police Constable Recruitment. Following a High Court order, the revised Common Eligibility Test (CET) results were released, leading to this development. The petition for five bonus marks based on social and economic criteria was recently rejected by the Supreme Court, resulting in the release of revised CET results on June 25 without these additional marks.
Candidates who cleared the CET are required to re-register for the Haryana Police Constable Recruitment. The application window is open from June 29 to July 8, 2024. Those who applied between February 20 and March 28 need not reapply, as their socio-economic criteria claims will be eliminated. Eligible candidates can utilize the link provided by HSSC for reapplication.
The recruitment drive for 6,000 Constable (General Duty) positions in the Haryana Police was initially announced in February. Out of these, 5,000 positions are for male candidates, while 1,000 are reserved for female candidates.
