The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has recently announced a re-advertisement notification for the recruitment of police constables. This recruitment drive is looking to fill 6,000 Constable vacancies, with 5,000 positions available for males and 1,000 positions for females.
If you are interested in applying, online applications are now open for direct recruitment through the Common Eligibility Test (CET) of Group-C qualified candidates. You can submit your applications via the official portal from June 29, 2024, until July 8, 2024, at 11:59 P.M.

Selection Criteria:
Qualifying Tests:
The selection process will begin with a Physical Measurement Test and a Physical Screening Test based on the merit of candidates in the Common Eligibility Test (CET). These tests will be of a qualifying nature to shortlist candidates for the next stage.
Pattern of Examination:
The written examination for the Knowledge Test will consist of 100 compulsory questions in a bilingual format (English & Hindi). There will be no negative marking for wrong answers, and each question will carry a weightage of 0.945 marks. If a question is left unanswered, 0.945 marks will be deducted. Candidates must select one option out of five provided. The total duration of the exam will be 105 minutes, including an additional five minutes for marking the fifth option.
