Harpreet, originally from Punjab, found her calling in the automobile plant after receiving her Electronic and Communication diploma. With specialized training, she is now a key worker on the shop floor.
Khusboo Patel, who once believed automotive plants were not meant for women, now excels in managing thermal issues with innovative technologies. On-the-job training honed her skills and confidence with machines.
Stepping into the automobile sector, Javanika, a traditional Rajput woman, not only found a new career path but also inspired her village. She now leads the second shift at the plant, showcasing a professional approach.
