Prime Minister Narendra Modi Takes Jibe at Rahul Gandhi in Lok Sabha Speech
Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a fiery response to the Motion of Thanks on the President’s Address in the Lok Sabha, targeting Rahul Gandhi for spreading lies and suffering a significant defeat. Referring to him as “baalak buddhi,” PM Modi highlighted the Opposition’s failure in recent elections despite claiming a moral victory.
In his speech, PM Narendra Modi remarked, “Baalak buddhi ko kaun samjhaye ki tumne fail hone ka record bana diya hai. Congress has not crossed 250 seats in 10 elections since 1984, remaining stuck at 99 in the latest election.”
PM Modi further emphasized, “…Jab yeh baalak buddhi poori tarah sawaar ho jati hai toh sadan mein bhi kisi ke gale pad jate hai. Yeh baalak buddhi jab apni seemaye kho deti hai, toh sadan ke andar baithke aankhein maarte hain.”
PM Modi called out Congress for failing to surpass 100 seats consecutively and criticized their reluctance to accept defeat. He accused them of engaging in tactics to undermine the mandate of the people.
Addressing Rahul Gandhi’s use of religious imagery in the Lok Sabha, PM Modi expressed disapproval, stating, “Images of our Gods cannot be used for personal political interests.”
PM Modi reaffirmed his government’s commitment to stability and continuity, promising to work with triple the speed and strength in the third consecutive term. Despite opposition protests, Modi vowed to deliver three times the results for the people of India.
